Yolanda “Yo Yo” Carroll considers herself to be the “Shoreline Specialist”.

Yo Yo and her family are Trusted members of the Groton Long Point community and she has continually been successful in relocating families to and from the greater Southeastern Connecticut/New London County. Her membership in the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, other community groups and church helps “Yo Yo” stay on top of every opportunity. In addition to listing and selling properties, she handles a large amount of rentals. Rentals include homes for the busy Summer season from June to September as well as off season rentals from September to June, or even year round.

Coming from a Navy family, Yo Yo fully understands the issues that any family encounters when relocating to and from a new area. She works closely with the Navy and other companies to ensure her clients needs are met and the transition goes as smooth as possible.

Yo Yo covers a large amount of the shoreline – and up country from Essex to Newport, Rhode Island. Yo Yo works from 2 office locations to better serve her clients throughout the region: the Shutters & Sails office in historic, downtown Mystic, and her home office on Groton Long Point.
